With this new system, you can now effortlessly search for and obtain your unique identification number if your details are already recorded in the database. For those unable to locate their information, we kindly request you to initiate the registration process as a new member.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to search for your details in the fellowship database:

1. Access the fellowship website User Search and Update Form (wacpcoam.com)
2. Search either by your Email, Name, or Mobile number as search criteria.
3. Select your respective faculty from the options provided.
4. Click the "Search" button to initiate the search process.
5. If your details exist in the database, they will be displayed for your review.
6. In case of multiple search results, click the "Edit" button for the specific information you wish to update.
7. To edit your details, locate and click the "Edit" option at the right-hand corner.

Here's how to update your details:

1. Provide the required information, including your birthday, faculty, year of Fellowship, telephone number, and email. Please ensure all fields are filled appropriately.
2. Click the "UPDATE" button after entering your updated information.
3. Upon successful updating, you will receive an automated email containing your updated details, along with your unique identification number. Kindly check both your inbox and spam mail for this email.
4. For details not found in the database, please follow these steps to add your information:

5. Enter your birthday, faculty, year of Fellowship, telephone number, and email in the provided spaces. Ensure all fields are completed accurately.
6. Click the "SUBMIT DATA" button to proceed with the addition of your details.
7. After successful submission, you will receive an automated email indicating that your details are "Awaiting verification." Please check both your inbox and spam mail for this email.
8. The college will verify the provided information, and once the verification process is complete, you will receive another email containing your unique identification number.
